Use your shipping email

When your order leaves Leamington, Ontario you receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier. That link is the fastest way to see where your parcel is.

Can't find the email?

Check your spam folder first. If it isn't there, email us your order number or the email address you ordered with and we will send the tracking details. We reply within 1 business day.

Expected timing

• Orders placed before the daily cut-off ship the same day from Leamington, Ontario.
• Ontario: 1–3 business days
• Rest of Canada: 3–8 business days
