Shipping policy

Where we ship from

All orders are packed and shipped by Vinyla from Leamington, Ontario.

Processing time

Orders placed before the daily cut-off ship the same day from Leamington, Ontario.

Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays go out on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

• Ontario: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• Rest of Canada: 3–8 business days after dispatch

These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, remote addresses and peak periods can add time.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your postal code. Orders over $50 CAD ship free.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin updating.

Lost or damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, email ronald@vinyla.ca with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If tracking stops updating for more than 7 business days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.

Address accuracy

Please check your address at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped once the return arrives, with shipping charged again.
