Terms of service
These terms apply to every order placed with Vinyla.
Pricing and currency
All prices are in Canadian dollars and are charged in Canadian dollars. USD figures shown on the site are estimates for reference only. Applicable Canadian taxes are added at checkout.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is out of stock or a price or description error is found.
Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can, including where information is still being confirmed. Photos are representative; minor variation in packaging or finish is possible. If a compatibility question matters to you, email us before ordering.
Installation and use
Installation is the customer's responsibility. Several products connect to your vehicle's 12V electrical system and should be installed by someone competent with vehicle electrics. Lighting rules differ by province — it is the customer's responsibility to use products in a road-legal way.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vinyla's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation or use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
