Returns & refunds

The short version

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case Vinyla covers it.

What can be returned

• Unused items in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery
• Items that arrived damaged, defective or incorrect

What cannot be returned

• Items that have been installed, bonded, trimmed or wired in
• Items missing parts or original packaging
• Damage caused by installation

Several products use permanent adhesive or are cut to length. Dry-fit before committing.

How to start a return

1. Email ronald@vinyla.ca with your order number and what you would like to return.
2. We reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once the return arrives and is inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Banks typically take a further 3–10 business days to post it. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Return shipping

Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Vinyla covers it when the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
