- Where do you ship from and how long does delivery take?
- Every order ships from Leamington, Ontario. Orders placed before the daily cut-off ship the same day from Leamington, Ontario. Delivery is usually 1–3 business days within Ontario and 3–8 business days elsewhere in Canada.
- How much is shipping?
- Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Orders over $50 CAD ship free.
- What currency are prices in?
- All prices and all charges are in Canadian dollars. The USD toggle on the site is a display estimate only — checkout is always billed in CAD.
- Can I return something?
- Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case Vinyla covers it.
- Will these products fit my vehicle?
- Each product page has a compatibility section that says whether the item is universal or made for a specific brand, plus the exceptions. If you are unsure, email us your year, make and model before ordering.
- Do I need an installer?
- Most items are adhesive or plug-in and list an install time and required tools on the product page. The taillight bar and spoiler lip involve 12V wiring and are best fitted by someone comfortable with vehicle electrics.
- Is checkout secure?
- Checkout runs on Shopify's hosted, PCI-compliant checkout. Vinyla never sees or stores your card details.
- Why are there no reviews yet?
- Vinyla is new and we only publish reviews from verified customers. We would rather show you nothing than something invented.
